Building lasting change across education, health, and community resilience.

Igniting Hope. Transforming Lives.

Santa Foundation works with families, schools, and partners in Gulu to expand access to education, mental health support, and essential services — and to build the institutions that make that impact durable.

Our Core Pillars

Five areas, one direction.

Everything Santa Foundation does sits under one of these five pillars.

01

Education and Child Development

Empowering children and communities through quality education and holistic development.

02

Mental Health and Psychosocial Support

Promoting mental well-being and providing psychosocial support for individuals and communities.

03

Humanitarian and Social Protection

Supporting vulnerable populations with compassion, care and essential services.

04

Advocacy, Partnerships & Resource Mobilization

Advocating for positive change and building partnerships to mobilize resources for impact.

05

Institutional Growth and Sustainability

Strengthening our systems, governance and capacity for long-term impact and sustainability.

How We Work

Method, not just mission.

Impact compounds through how an organization operates, not only what it sets out to do.

We convene

We bring stakeholders, city and district bodies, and community members together around shared problems rather than working in isolation.

We partner

We work alongside established local organizations, combining resources and expertise rather than duplicating what already exists.

We show up

Consistent presence in the community we serve — at local, regional, and national forums — is how trust gets built and kept.
